What does The Sales Agency actually do?
The Sales Agency recruits, trains, and manages field sales teams that represent brands at pop-up events, retail locations, and high-footfall areas. We help businesses grow their customer base through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns.
What industries do you work in?
We work with brands across multiple industries including telecoms, energy, retail, technology, utilities, and subscription services, delivering face-to-face sales campaigns in high-footfall locations.
Do your sales agents receive training?
Yes. Training is a core part of our business. Every team member goes through structured sales training covering communication, customer engagement, product knowledge, and face-to-face sales before and during campaigns.
Do I need sales experience to apply?
No. Many of our team start with little or no sales experience. We provide full training and ongoing coaching, and we focus on attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Is there opportunity for progression?
Yes. We promote from within and offer a clear progression path from entry-level sales to team leadership and campaign management roles.
